Free street parking is available in the neighborhood – our entrance is on Detroit, and parking on Detroit tends to be pretty open. Please be mindful of posted signs, and avoid parking in designated truck/commercial zones.
Paid parking is available at the Transformer Station lot on Church and W.29th, as well as the Church + State parking garage off of Church Ave.

Everything is designed by me, by hand, and I have a few vendors who assist with making my products, like screen printing my apparel. They are located in Lakewood and I try to source local products and services whenever possible. All of my prints are produced in-house in my studio, and every order is packed by me, personally. Each order gets individual attention (which can take time!) so allowing a few days for your order to be processed is appreciated.

Shipping is available via USPS or UPS; you can select either service upon checkout. Delivery times may vary based on the shipping service you choose. Orders are processed in our studio within 2-3 days. Typically, orders shipping within Ohio and the surrounding states arrive 1-2 days after the ship date. We cannot guarantee delivery dates once the order has been handed off to the shipping carrier.
If an order has been marked as delivered, we are unable to provide replacement items. Orders that arrive damaged can be refunded or replaced with the same item. If you haven't received your package or your item arrives damaged, please let us know by filling out the form on the contact page.

We offer international shipping to Canada only. Please select the USPS International - Canada option at checkout.

We offer free local pickup at our Ohio City location! Simply select this option instead of shipping at checkout. Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed and prepared for pickup. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Orders can be picked up during our open business hours.

Returns and Exchanges

We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of fulfillment. We cannot accept returns on merchandise that has been worn or damaged by the customer, is missing tags, or merchandise with the presence of odors or pet hair. Please contact us if your items have been damaged in transit.
You may return your order in store or ship it back to us. To request a mail order return, please email rachael@shoresociety.com along with your name and order number.
